I was 5 years into my career as a lawyer at Reed Smith. I loved the company and my colleagues but felt like it was time to contribute to the world in a different way. I wanted my career and my workday to be infused with excitement, creativity, and helping others. Holed up in my San Francisco apartment, I cleared pictures off the wall, put up a sheet of paper and got to work about what I wanted from my life.
Eventually it became clear that what I wanted to do for others was the same thing I was in search of myself: a way to create a purpose driven, rewarding workday and career. I decided to create a coaching-based technology solution that would modernize and spark change in the legal industry.
Fast forward and we’ve grown into the only platform-enabled coaching company in the legal industry, coaching over 3500 lawyers in law firms across the world. We’ve developed a cohort coaching methodology that delivers impactful coaching in short time frames, technology that helps law firms manage and offer coaching at scale, and developed a network of 50+ expert lawyer coaches with an incredible range of expertise.
